It was during these formative years that I honed my skills, becoming a classically trained chef and graduating from culinary school. However, like many, my life took an unexpected turn due to the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic. With restaurant closures and dining restrictions in place, I found myself spending more time in my own kitchen. It was during this period that I began to explore and experiment with different recipes and kitchen supplies.
